What to Expect

Your visit is set to begin between H:mm to H:mm on mm/dd/yyyy. Please allow up to (1.5 or 3 depending on audit type) hours for the visit and ensure someone 18+ years old will be home to greet the Energy Expert.

Clear a path for the crew to access the attic, water heater, heating system and exterior doors. 

During this time, your Energy Expert will assess your home and create a plan to help you save energy. You’ll receive this plan with your customized recommendations after the visit.

Payment 

At the end of your visit, your Energy Expert will collect payment for the cost of the assessment, as well as for any additional upgrades you select during the visit such as a smart thermostat. We accept credit cards or checks but are unable to accept cash payment at this time.

If you rent, please inform your landlord about the home visit and make sure you have permission to complete the service.
