For any service/ evaluation: If you cancel at any time or fail to let us know of any changes there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel after parts have been shipped out, the customer will be responsible for shipping back to WSR and a 25% restocking fee. During an evaluation, the technician will not arrive with parts on hand. If parts are needed, they are additional (depending on equipment, make and model will determine if we are able to provide parts)- if you would like the technician to return for installation there will be an additional trip cost.*

If parts are incorrect based off the information that was provided by the customer (WSR did not come out and evaluate first), you will be responsible for mailing the parts back to us and a 25% restocking fee. (At customer’s request, WSR may issue a prepaid label for return and deduct that cost from the refund issued.)*

If the customer is providing parts for installation, (i.e: parts sent/ordered from another company), and the parts are damaged or missing when the technician arrives for scheduled appointment, customer acknowledges that the labor fee paid to WSR still stands and is non refundable.*
