For any service/ evaluation: If you cancel at any time or fail to let us know of any changes there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel after parts have been shipped out, the customer will be responsible for shipping back to WSR and a 25% restocking fee. During an evaluation, the technician will not arrive with parts on hand. If parts are needed, they are additional (depending on equipment, make and model will determine if we are able to provide parts)- if you would like the technician to return for installation there will be an additional trip cost.*
