Before scheduling your appointment, please make sure you meet the following requirements.


Watch this 45-second video to know what to expect during your assessment.

Clock Icon

A decision-maker over the age of 18 will be home and available for the full 3-hour assessment window.

Door Icon

Make sure we can access all rooms in the house (including the attic) and the air vents within each room.

Camera Icon

Be aware that the assessment will require taking 50-60 photos of your residence.

Pets Icon

People and pets will have restrictions on where and when they can move between rooms during testing.
